1. Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of personal data, i.e. responsible for ensuring the security of personal data, is:

  2. The online store processes your personal data for the following purposes:
  1. for the purpose of providing services by the Administrator as well as, subject to obtaining the User's consent, for marketing purposes related to the functioning of the Administrator's enterprise. The processing of collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended, i.e. of June 13, 2016 . Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended, i.e. of 9 June 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219).
  2. In order to complete the payment process, the Administrator reserves the right to transfer personal data to the Settlement Center for the purpose of making online payments

 At the time of User registration, the Administrator requires the following personal data:

  • name and surname or company name
  • residential (correspondence) address/business address
  • e-mail adress
  • phone number
  • Tax Identification Number (in case of a company) 
  1. Providing your personal data by the User is voluntary. However, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data by the Administrator may prevent the Administrator from providing services electronically and from registering devices and using the services provided by the User.
  2. The User's personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities.
  3. The Administrator ensures that Users whose personal data are processed exercise the rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their own personal data on the principles described in the said Act.
  4. As part of the right to control the processing of their own personal data, the User has, in particular, the right to submit a written, reasoned request to discontinue the processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation, as well as to object to the processing of his or her data by contacting Eco System Glob. ":

  5. Confidential information regarding Users, including Users' personal data, is protected by the Administrator against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information through the use of appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
  6. Only employees who have signed an appropriate declaration committing to the protection of personal data have access to personal data.
  7. Data necessary to perform the service (name, surname and address) are transferred to entities providing service at the request or instruction of the Administrator.
  8. The data necessary to deliver the parcel (name and surname, address, contact telephone number) are transferred to the entities responsible for delivering the parcel, i.e. Poczta Polska, courier company or other transport company.
  9. If you provide your personal data in order to conclude an agreement with the Online Store, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing this data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.

2. Cookie policy

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, i.e. of September 15, 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907), the Administrator uses files cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, sent by a web server, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for using the Administrator's websites. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. The default parameters of cookies allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them.
  3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • adapting the content of the Administrator's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
    • analytical and statistical (analysis of Users' behavior on the Administrator's websites, marketing and in order to adapt the content to the individual needs of Customers);
    • correct configuration of selected functions of the Administrator's websites, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
    • maintaining the User's session, thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Administrator's website.
  4. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default.
  5. The User may independently change cookie settings at any time, specifying the conditions for storing them or accessing cookies to the User's device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence may be made by the User using the software settings installed in the telecommunications terminal device used by him or the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time a cookie is placed on the User's device.   6. Cookies placed on the User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Seller.
  7. The user may delete cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser he or she uses.
  8. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Administrator's website. However, not accepting cookies may cause difficulties in using the Administrator. The User's use of a browser whose settings allow cookies to be saved on the User's computer or other device constitutes consent to the storage of the above-mentioned files on that computer or other device.
